Swirl is seeking a Senior Strategist with retail brand experience to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in leading the strategic conversation on several large, innovative retail clients and will be responsible for guiding all strategic activities, services, and thought products Swirl offers. The Senior Strategist is charged with distilling and analyzing client and industry research —and synthesizing relevant key learnings with seasoned strategic judgement—to inform creative briefs, customer journey documentation, strategic communications plans and other guidance documents that will ultimately define the course of work as it moves through various channels of the agency. The position requires considerable strategic experience, proven effectiveness as a leader, high levels of resourcefulness, initiative, inventiveness, and entrepreneurial zeal. This role will work very closely alongside Account Management, Creative leads, CX/UX and Technology teams to help build a strong client relationship.
